More engaging read than RoninNupe's when his guide first came out tbf.Max Recoil can be useful with full suicides in arena, your 3 MLLLM combos can be shortened to 2 MLLLM + L1 for champs with decent L1 damage especially if it crits.Despite it's near uselessness I'm curious if Unfazed can give a massive PI boost.I'm disgusted with your Collar Tech slander, then again there's very few useful Tech champs in the game to pump points into it, I also think it's broken again like when it first came out.afaik Inequity and Resonate's damage reduction also counts in reducing block damage. Helps atm with the non-consistent trigger of parry and also the need to block after a dash because of the double dash issue. I hadn't considered using max recoil on an arena build - I'll have to take a second look at that.Unfazed does have a decent PI boost, and you could pull points from a few different places to get that, but it's a very significant cost for masteries you'll never use otherwise.
It's one of those min-max decisions for only the very top crust players, but it's worth mentioning.I wouldn't be surprised if there are all kinds of bugs in the class masteries - MD and PS are the only ones used often enough to notice bugs and look how broken they are. If tech had as many amazing champs as mystic or skill, CT might be useful. That one is more a failing of the class than the mastery.Thanks for the feedback!. Thanks a lot!Some thoughts:Problem with pierce right now ensures that one point is enough. A champ needs to have a better armor than 25% (20% per critical hit and 5% with pierce). Only Thanos has exactly 25% armor. No other champ has without a buff that much.The 1st lvl in Assasination is the most important one.
Every other lvl adds only 10% attack and 2% to decrease enemies defense ability accuracy, if the opponent is below 18%Courage is great, the first point is awesome and the 2nd and 3rd are 5% more attack per point. And in AW, AQ and long story quests it happens a lot to fight with less than 50% health. In a fair fight where both champs are nearly at zero health at the end and lose health simultaneously you have with 3 points in Courage 20% more attack for 50% of the fight, this equals 10% more damage. With 3 points in assasinate (additional to the first) you have 30% more attack and 6% more Def ab. Acc., but only for 18% of the fight.
This equals to 5,4% more attack and 1,1% more Def. My main reason for considering all three points in Pierce is the Challenger Rating mechanic - my rule of thumb based on the calculations did is roughly 5% stat differential per tier difference. My team of 4/40 champs can make full use of three points when fighting maxed 5. champs in master mode, although you make a good point that at equivalent levels only one point is presently necessary.I'm not disputing your math at all on the effectiveness of Courage, but my experience has been that those numbers don't really play out in practice. If I'm doing the same percentage of damage to my opponent that they're doing to me, I'm not going to win very many fights consecutively.
Long fights where I can go from full health to zero multiple times will benefit more from Courage than shorter fights where I spend maybe five out of 15 fights below half over the course of the quest. There is definitely a point where more points in Courage provide more value than just the PI boost, but that's probably different for every player.For Assassin, again your math is correct - but while amortizing the damage boost over the whole fight is entirely valid, the number of abilities that trigger under 18% health do slant the equation slightly more favorably towards higher levels of Assassin.Thank you for your feedback, it's much appreciated!.
